No Reg but Blood Animation Still Reveals you hit them?
In NiceWigg's stream today, his solo teammate was 1 vs 1 another rat in Ranked when there was 6 squads left. He took the fight with a R-99/Peacekeeper loadout. The Rat was a Wraith but after breaking her with the R-99 and swapping to the Peacekeeper for the finish. The first hit was 11, followed by a miss then a no reg. They die for losing the 1 vs 1.
Now, if you slowed the following clip:

You will see that the Peacekeeper's 3rd shot actually hit the Wraith as the blood was there. This still counted as a no reg.
How is that possible? Why is the blood still there and not the damage? If this happened to me. I be mad.
