No XP after leaving match while dead

Whenever I leave the match while playing in a random squad I don't receive any xp after leaving the match. I can get up to eight kills and i dont receive the xp after leaving the match to return to the lobby.

If you leave the game early before your whole squad is eliminated you will not earn XP. That is working as intended. There is also another discussion on this in the official subreddit if you want to leave feedback in both forums.
- I get why it's working this way, as it's likely a singly applied approach to dissuade people leaving early when the could legit get revived, but i don't agree.
IMO, once you have no further chance of getting back and contributing to the match your XP should be locked and you get whatever XP you earned up to that point. This also means if the rest of your team then goes on and wins you don't get that XP either.
