Not filling whole team in ranked

as soon as i get a 3/5 or higher top 5 streak the game decides i dont need any teamates, then i lose the streak because the game wont give me any teamates, this bug has been around for as long as i can remmber, all ea want is people to spend $300 dollars on their heirlooms and do nothing to fix the game.
