Octane - Heal + stim = healing while moving fast

Hey, is this a Bug or a new Feature to make Octane now a rly good Legend? If u use a Heal or a shield cell and activating the stim it will remove the slow effect and u can run with 40% while u are h...

@Bronsn it's not a bug, it was a buff, and it's in the patch, note these improvements, it also works with the Wattson fence, Supreme of Crypto, Supreme of Gibraltar, Supreme of Bangalore, nothing slows him down anymore, and this ability only works when he stays slow.
