Octane Buff - Double Stim
Octane needs a buff, hes just not quick enough and when using the stim his reload seems to glitch, not sure if these was intentional, if so it's pretty dumb. Sometimes using the stim it seems like ot...

I agree that octane should get the “suggestion 1 and 3 “ buffs mentioned above.
His Ult has been reduced to 60s so i Would leave that for now
