OCTANE IS THE MOST ANNOYING LEGEND

@codeleaf00 I assume you are new to the game or you dont play octane at all, there is videos on youtube that shows how broken his hitbox is, he literally has the larger hitbox nerf that path and wraith got rn before it even was a thing. only nerf octane needs is increased cooldown on his Q and jump pad and maybe add some audio when players use his jump pad. Octane is the only legend that harms himself to be able to use his Q

@codeleaf00 Octane is far from broken, if anything his jump pad needs a slight cooldown increase not an extreme to 90-120 seconds but maybe from 60 seconds to 75-80 seconds
