@KoltSolo No, low profile does not make legends more difficult to hit. That would be changing the hitbox. Low profile is applied to legends who are already hard to hit.
Wraith has low profile because she is hard to hit. (Aka, smaller hitbox)
Also, how would low profile make them more difficult to hit without changing their hitbox?
Anyway, wraith’s ult might move faster than octane, (but I’m not sure, I kind of doubt it, but I could be wrong.) but it is an ultimate. It’s not something she can spam easily, because it has a long cooldown. Octane’s stim has like a 1 second cooldown, and is easily spammable.(Not that it’s a bad thing)
I actually am somewhat sure that Bangalore has only 25% boost while octane has 30%, (again, could be wrong, but I really doubt this one). Also, it only activates when she is fired on and missed, making it really situational, and not as good at closer ranges. (People get better at aiming) Sure, she doesn’t make a sound, but I don’t think it’s too much of a problem. Octane’s stim is loud, but it shouldn’t decide the match for you. I think there may be a setting option to reduce it’s sound, but I don’t know.

Alright, looked it up. Bangalore has a 30%, and so does octane.

Im sorry you are being led by misinformation from random sources and not actual Apex Legends in game evidence.
LOW PROFILE = Legend more difficult to hit, takes 5%more damage.
Each legend has their own hit box ”size” and LOW PROFILE in game does not state it changes hit box size.
And what I said about octanes stim shows true in basically every scenario he is in and needs to stim. For example trying to 3rd party is a lot easier when you engage with the ability to hear all the sounds ( explosives, ultimates, footsteps, reloading, running, climbing, jumping, etc.. )- @KoltSolo First, you still haven’t explained how low profile makes them more difficult to hit. I’m pretty sure it’s just stating that the legends with the perk are more difficult to hit, and subsequently take 5%. It will apply to legends who are more difficult to hit, and balances them a little. If it doesn’t do this, than how does it make them more difficult to hit?
My sources are not misinformation, and besides, you haven’t found any sources for the movement speed of your own. Just saying “in-game sources disprove this” is not enough, you need to actually say what sources you have.
Yes, the Low Profile thing states that, but I am pretty sure we are just interpreting it differently, but I’ve backed my interpretation with some logic. You haven’t really, you just pointed back at the quote again.
Octane’s stim is loud, but I don’t see it overwhelming explosives and ultimates. I don’t think you would normally hear the enemy reloading, but I don’t think it would be super useful anyhow. Climbing, jumping, and running are important, but I think you can hear them a little if you listen closely. Don’t get me wrong, the stim is very loud, maybe louder than it should be, but I don’t think it’s a game changing mechanic.You're basically saying that your sources (ex. Games Radar) information is more factual and plausible than actual IN GAME EVIDENCE, all because a random person like you or me wrote a blog on how to play bangalore better lol sorry but thats misinformation and misleading to anyone reading this especially coming from the guy that not long ago tried to tell me that LOW PROFILE literally didn’t state what it ACTUALLY states. Find another post to prove wrong cuz its not happening here. Like I said I have a great deal of experience with this game and every legend for someone to come in here and try to push some nonsense on my post that Im trying to shed some light on serious character flaws.
@KoltSoloLow Profile is literally just a title, it nerfs a legend by making them take 5% more damage...
It does not magically ‘’buff’’ a legend and change their hitboxes to make them harder to hit just because they are given a title @Sir_Named is completely correct and you are not- @FaIIenAngeI777 Yeah just like fortified isnt a buff right lol
