@KoltSolo No. Low profile doesn't make a legend more difficult to hit. It apply to legends who have a small hit box and are already difficult to hit as a way to balance their small hit boxes. Applying a low profile perk to a legend would nerf him as the only change it does would be to make that legends recieve 5% more damage.

- @KoltSolo They are not hard to hit because they are low profile, They are low profile because they are hard to hit, You don't have to be smart to understand that. Low profile and fortfied perks were later added to legends to balance their hit boxes. Stop embarrassing yourself and shut your mouth if you don't know wtf you are talking about. You are either some stupid kid or you have no idea about what you are talking about, Either way stop spreading false info and shut your mouth.
