Also, the devs don’t always say why they implement a change in the patch notes, but it can obviously be inferred.
Reducing damage clearly means that want to nerf a weapon.
Increasing damage means that they want to buff a weapon.
Decreasing damage taken for two legends whose only similar traits that could have warranted this change was their massive hitboxes.
Increasing damage taken for 3 legends whose only similar traits that could have warranted this change was their small hitboxes.
