Stop trying because you and everyone who agrees with you is wrong. Outside of patch notes you so desperately have a hard on for, this is the picture i posted to ur precious comment. THIS IS IN GAME NEXT TO AN “EVADING” SYMBOL STATING LOW PROFILE: MORE DIFFICULT TO HIT, INCOMING DAMAGE INCREASED 5% 

its really sad people cant read yet do all this “research” to look stupid

@KoltSolo If Octane become Low Profile than does not need %5 damage. Already takes damage when he uses his tactical skill. In addition, enemy damage is also added. So it would be absurd for this legend to take 5% damage.
