@KoltSolo Yes, you also seem to have a hard on for the game.
Please explain how it makes characters harder to hit and I will stop. Using your vast experience, it should be easy, right? (Sarcasm). But seriously, please do.

Man its so hard to live life knowing people are as stupid as you. Look to the picture below yet again for the like 20th time smart guy.

Fortified and Low Profile are EXTRAS added to legends to give them an advantage NOT a disadvantage( which you are claiming to be solely the case with low profile ) WHICH YOU ARE WRONG.

Whats the little low profile symbol before the semicolon suggest? That they are better at evading bullets (aka MORE DIFFICULT TO HIT,)

Uh oh wait and since they are more difficult to hit they cant just have that or it would be way to OP so they have to add the increase incoming damage 5% ( I KNOW A HUGE DISADVANTAGE TO BEING HARDER TO HIT IN THE FIRST PLACE)

DEFINITIONS OF LOW PROFILE also via webster : A position of AVOIDING or not attracting much attention..

THEREFORE HAVING THE EXTRA ADVANTAGE LOW PROFILE IT MAKES BULLETS MISS THE LEGEND MORE LIKELY
