Octane nerf not needed

I find it ridiculous to get 20 HP taken off for 1 stim this would make Octane almost unplayable when i want to run away from a squad i would survive with only 12 taken off from a stim but 20 is too m...

@denomcburger This nerf was needed and I disagree with you . They nerfed wraith q to the ground so that she can't run away from the fight and octane chases an enemy who becomes low when octane team mate fires at him and octane can easily escape . Fighting an octane was the most annoying thing ever . Now its little bit better after the nerf

@codeleaf00 I can't say that Octane did or didn't deserve his Nerf but Wraith isn't a good comparison. Wraith's passive is supposedly broken but she's supposed to be able to sense danger/traps, go intangible, and provide safe team mobility. She was also the tiniest character in the game giving her an advantage in any 1v1.
Octane provides risky team mobility and running really fast. His abilities are so weak (outside of running) that he's the only Legends I'm cool with being able to escape or chase down other Legends.
