Option to mute text and voice chat in settings, option to avoid players

@jvnicn There's already an option to mute players in-game by default. Open the settings menu and on the main page scroll down. It should say "Communication Filter: Everyone", you can then change it to "friends only" or "no one".

I mainly keep mine set to "no one".
