@Hovado420 I had just begun to Main Path when they ruined him. He's honestly big, and clunky, he's low profile so he takes extra damage, and getting to play like Spiderman was what made him fun.
Unlike wraith or even lobas repositioning tactical, you can shoot path while he's zipping or grappling. Its also easy to mess up his grappa when in a fast paced moment and causing it to break off.
They gave him the big nerf and took him out of the meta for a few seasons, now bring him back a bit because yeah, he's basically useless.

In my experience, when his grapple cooldown was lower I barely used his ultimate as a teammate because he was always too far away. I think the devs felt that he beca,e too much of an Octane where he ran solo too often, something not entirely useful in Ranked. In that regard, maybe a way to buff him would be to give him an edge like the 'speed ups' in cooldown for more than just his ultimate. In a way, teams become less mobile near endgame because they have to hold ground, so what if they did that cooldown thing for tactical too, not just for his ultimate? I really enjoy the map scans with the BH and Crypto but I think they should be kept and then those legends can have debuffs in their newer buffs, like maybe higher cooldowns, but ultimately should be disadvantaged by their unchanging cooldowns. I like pathfinder's lack of OPness, although maybe there can be an adaption for noobs who mess up their grapples. One way would be to adapt the cooldown based off of how far Pathfinder travels after a grapple. Far, and he must wait a while; close, and he can retry in a short moment!

That could be great. He would have the opportunity to grapple more in combat and at the same time not run so much when moving with the team
