Pathfinder buff for tactical ability cool down

I want the devs to buff pathfinder so his grapple is like at most 20 seconds because 35 seconds is so long. If you were to run and use the grapple and run into another team there is no way you can ru...

@HoleeBruv At least make it similar to wraiths at 25. He needs a new team utility ult as well, as the devs have made ziplines a death trap.
