Pathfinder grapple ability issue

     I feel there is a loss to this possibly a great ability .  No one targets players with it. Especially head on it's a death sentence .  You are getting impaled by a hook .  There should be some form of stun or immobilization effect here or you hit the player they fall down and struggle to get up to hit you. Damage should be taken.  What about a stun/immobilized . How about it knocks you down and drags you?  While they struggle  to get up and shoot.  Let's here some ideas to help this character .
