He is an easy legend to use once you realize the grapple can swing you to reach farther/higher heights. Not much skill there in my opinion.
The nerf was called for and made him balanced, now I can finish off players who shoot at me once and try to run away.
If you want to use a legend that takes skill, go for Octane, he has agility and finese if you know how to utilize his jump pad in all situations.

@iBlockHead to be fair i've seen some highly advanced pathfinder grapple plays that i couldn't pull off myself, its more than just angling it requires a lot of precision to pull off the real breathtaking pathfinder grapple plays.
I ain't gonna turn my nose up at this debuff...it makes him a lot easier to kill but i don't feel it was truly needed, pathfinders been nerfed more than any other legend so far...its getting a little crazy.
