Pathfinder grapple towards enemy

Sometimes when I grapple towards enemy, either me and him gets pulled towards each other, or I'm pulling him towards me, and meanwhile I can walk. Tested in training range
I wanted to ask, first, is it intended? and second, how to replicate it to not be random

suggestion - add an in-game apex pack tracker
this tracker would show how many more apex packs you need to open to unlock your next guaranteed heirloom and would reset back to 500 once unlocking an heirloom

After talking with support apparently there's no way to track your apex packs. I've been playing for years and have spent hundreds of dollars on apex packs but have never received any heirloom shards...
