Pathfinder grappling Hook

Is this a bug when Pathfinders grappling hook connects to an enemy player dragging them into you I've had it happened to me twice today both times I've been killed as the new player is not stunned and can still shoot at you but you can't do anything as you are using an ability on both occasions I was aiming at the wall next to the enemy player but the grappling hook seems to have gone to the side of where I was aiming by probably 20 to 30 mm on screen if this is caused by the aim assist on console it has much bigger effect that it does on any of the weapon if they want to keep the Seas again feature they either need to let pathfinder shoot was a grapples to other players or stop the other players from shooting possibly by forcing them to host their weapons as they would have to grab onto the line for the grappling hook or take massive damage
