Pathfinder's grapple NOT disconnecting/letting go when it is supposed to

Hello.

Just want to mention that I see people saying that Pathfinder's grapple for some of them, breaks of mid grapple. For me, most of the time the grapple does NOT want to break off.

I'm not sure when it occurs but randomly.

When you grapple with Pathfinder, the angle of which you face determines how much swing you can get. However sometimes I don't even swing, I just jump forward, with the grapple on the ground, and you expect the grapple to LET GO of the ground when it exceeds the maximum angle/range, however it does not. So instead of flying off, it becomes like a anchored grapple were I'll land where the grapple connected with. Same happens to surfaces, sometimes roofs of houses/buildings. 

Caused me a lot of deaths on this one. Hope it'll be looked into. Thank you for your hard work.
