Pathfinder's Quip From The Trailer Missing?

Basically see title. I want, very much to obtain the quip we hear in the System Override trailer, "Oh boy! Here I go killing again!", however, I've been unable to find it. I've asked other players if it's tied to his new skin, but they confirmed it is not. Is it not added, or is it just hidden? Thanks in advance.
