That's fair. But you have to understand, when people pay for something and expect to play it without the laundry list of unaddressed issues that attribute to the overall user experience, frustrations and emotions can arise and saying, "please be nice to each other" can ultimately have the adverse affect when someone is heated. Maybe actually listen to their grievances and actually address them, instead of giving commination advice.
