PC mouse lag and ADS sensitivity

I'm having some issues with the mouse movement in this game feeling very sluggish. I've turned off mouse acceleration and v-sync but I still feel that there's something wrong with how the mouse feels. It doesn't feel as responsive as BF4/1/5 or CSGO.

It's like the choppy mouse feel you get when there's bad frame pacing. Even though I get a solid 70 fps (locked), my mouse movement feels like I'm playing at 30 FPS.

Secondly, I'd like to suggest more mouse ADS sensitivity options being available. Currently, we only have 1 slider which feels rough, especially when you switch from a low magnification scope to a high one. Could Respawn add a universal soldier aim option like how Battlefield does it? that felt great and helped with muscle memory.

As another option, could be have the ability to tune the sensitivity per optic magnification? Having both options would be ideal.
