Players should not get penalised when the servers are down on ranked that has nothing to do with the player whatsoever it’s respawn and EA servers but yet we get penalised for it I think every time anyone in the game ever has been penalised for it they should get all those points back that is the only fair way

Server issues do happen here and there, it's something that's quite normal.
Though why do you believe that the issue you encountered was a server issue?
I personally don't have any tools that's able to specifiy that it was server related, as there are many factors that can cause issues related to the network.
Are you receiving any errors when disconnected?
If so, could you tell me what you are receiving? That way we can try to resolve your issue.
