Picking up banners while knocked

@Tilden_Katz_94 I don’t agree with picking up banner cards while you are knocked, however I think on the opposite side of the spectrum when a player is knocked in the storm they should have some sort of a ‘’give up’’ button so your teammates can just grab your banner and get out of the storm if they don’t have heat shields, you don’t have heals, ring damage is too strong to revive you, rings closing and the next is too far away, etc rather than just leaving you in the dust to save themselves with no way to retrieve your banner unless you have a Crypto on your team
