Remove option to select servers over 100ms ping.
Some players purposely choose higher ping servers to gain a noticeable advantage. "Super" bullets and receiving damage behind cover is greatly amplified when going against high ping enemies.
Everyone suffers from that one player who teleports around and seems immune to single fire bullets. Luckily full auto weapons are usually able to register against such enemies. This is an issue that happens frequently on New York servers.
