Ping the weapon you are looking for.

It has happened to me so many times, especially when I play with randoms. I drop with my squad, we look for stuff, and I am specifically looking for a Spitfire and R301. My teammates run over it, and 2 Spitfires are just lying over there, where I haven't gone because I think that those areas are already looted. The devs should add a ping system, that allows you to tell your squadmates exactly the gun loadout you are looking for when in the drop-ship, and not just an audio cue, it should stay, somewhere until I get what I want. If I ditch it, the marker can also disappear, but it should be there so my teammates know that I am proficient in Spitfiring, and I know that they know how to Wingman.
