Pistol dual weilding

I had an idea I posted in legends feedback for a legend who's passive allowed them to dual wield pistols but the cost was they could not aim down sights while dual wielding 

Not being able to aim while dual wielding is a given because each ttrigger shoots a gun so therefore there is no other button you can use to aim unless the active ability of said character allows them to aim and toggle it on and off.

If each gun is being controlled independently sure but I imagine both guns would simply fire simultaneously off left click. 

Also if you are reloading one gun you should not be able to fire the other for the simple fact that it is physically impossible. 

Actually you can simultaneously reload one gun and fire the other one especially how Apex works you are not adding new bullets to the magazine you are just putting a new one in. You drop the first magazine and slam it down on the next one that is on your hip or side. And all other fps and 3rd ps games I've played you don't aim you always fire from the hip while dual weilding

if you didn't have to stop shooting to reload it would be too overpowered
