    You appealed your ban and that was denied. Do no appeal again as the outcome will not be any different.

    I just recharged Apex, paid with PayPal, and then was banned from logging in.

      Ok well your account is probably banned for ever  unless they could have made a mistake you know send them your proof or whatever
