Player names

Is there no way to filter and stop players from creating such cheater like names? Why is the game allowing players name to be 4482389489234 or fksjfkosjriejmcd like how is this allowed? How is there only one filter in place which is check if name is taken? When i die to these people instant cheater pops in my head. There is no need for a player to make such a weird name without creating accounts fast and not having to think out a name they just pound numbers or letters.
