@E9ine_AC Lol if a person is stupid enough to not count how many boxes they need and decide to purchase in bulk then it is THEIR loss, not the companies.
Bugs mean nothing to some? So you wouldn't ask for a refund for a product that wasn't performing correctly? Remember dynasty warriors 9 on release day? I'm guessing not, they had serious frame rate issues, lots of players decided not to purchase the game. If a game you want to play has issues 24/7 then players will more than likely quit. Crates work in a way that you'll have a chance to get what you want anyway, seeing how many you need for the guaranteed amount wont affect them much regardless as most players DO NOT purchase boxes.

Also when you say people do not buy boxes that is flat out wrong. I myself have spent well over thousand bucks on this game which is 100% free. How do you think they even pay the staff for this game or keep the lights on none the less. To play this game is a simple download for free. Millions are just like me and spent the same or even more. So yea def wrong on no one buying them. =P
