Really? I've used Steam Input for gyro in almost every game I play, and rarely had any problems with accuracy... though I suppose it depends on what controller/settings you use.
Personally, I use a PS5 controller, with "Gyro to Joystick Camera [Beta]" at mostly default settings. The main changes I made were: slightly increased "Gyro ° Sensitivity" (to 2.82x), and added a bit of "Both Trigger Soft Pull Dampening" (value is 22). Scary as it all may seem, the settings have pretty good textblurbs explaining what they do. 😉
Maybe this helps? Maybe you've already tried these things? I could try and give you more "tech support", but I'm not sure I wanna derail this thread with textwalls about my own configs 🤓

@HiddelRiddel thanks for your help! May I ask one last thing? Why is my ea name my fortnite name? 😅 My ea name is MycoZephyr, and I have never used it for this, it's weird. At first I thought It was because I linked my epic account to my ea to play dragon age, but then I remembered I have two, my switch only one, and my PC one. My PC one is also MycoZephyr, so I have no idea 😮💨
