Please enable legends badges hovering

We now have several hundreds of badges. Most people have no idea what they are.

As a result, they don't care. Badges have suffered a decreasing affection, use and attention.
Yet, they're still supposed to be rewards.

Outside the 20 Kill badge and the damage badge, most people have no idea what they are.

So please, fix this UX lack that has been present since day one, and enable hovering explanation on:

• Legends customization screen
• Lobby info
• In-game ghosting banner
• Squad screen

...(at least).

Also, personal note: I REALLY wish there was a way to show Top 5 % metric when hovering the banner's names, as well as the KDR (or any relevant non-badge, non-tracker metric).
