please help

I got pc about 2 years ago and when i got my pc i quit apex but now i am playing it again on a FRESH ACCOUNT. I was only ever ranked gold while i played on console and now that i am on pc with a fresh new account only level 3 i find my self going up against people with 4ks 20 bomb badges and even preds sometimes. I just want to enjoy the game again but i genially cant because i am getting killed in the first few seconds to minutes in the game. IF the is any solutions or bugs that i don't know about to fix tell me. Also this is for every game mode.

The first image is someone who has lemonhead movement i pretty much didn't land a single shot idk how you are supposed to.
