You don't see that?
You are a Console Player?
Then you are probably not used to anything else.
That's my own first 100% proof for autoaim (aka. aim assist) in Apex:

It's the moment you start to aim, the gun sight directly move to the enemy, it also sometimes intervenes in the middle of shooting when the recoil is stronger!
This one is posted by @FaIIenAngeI777 , even in the first minute you see strong Autoaim, he got also voice attacked by a random player 😂

I play Shooter now for ~15 Years on PC, i know what real aim is ^^
I have to admit, apex is the first game where I feel autoaim with the mouse... we're being labeled as a complete idiot, that's my feel!
Aimbot is another story ... so far i know, the player doesn't have to do anything anymore, HOW BORING!
@EA_Kent
Oh... i still have sometimes Matches with strong Autoaim... it just confuses me, who activate & deactivate that?
@Tom0ve I planned on waiting til I could review the videos for a 4th time but still busy. If you're talking about "Aim Assist" and not "Aim Bot" when you reference Auto-Aim then my mistake for getting them mixed up. Adding a third term that I've never seen used confused me.
When I saw the Lifeline video I saw 0 snapping onto targets but she made very few adjustments while shooting. When I have a high damage weapon I do the same. Point the gun at a spot that my target will occupy more than any other spot so that I don't have to make many adjustments. Typically the body.
If my opponent has a similar weapon and better accuracy they'll beat me. If they're dodging shots rather than following a strafe pattern they'll beat me as I'm not predicting their movements. If they're just following a strafe pattern with so-so accuracy they'll lose.
The Lifeline won more of those fight then I felt she should have but I have no experience with PC so maybe her opponent just missed.
Two of her Kraber shots were incredibly suspicious. The first shot she took she line her gun up perfectly with a target she couldn't see. Nothing to do AA but suspicious. Next she landed a hipfire Kraber shot on a flying horizon. Luck? Skill? AA? I dont know since its not something I experience much.

Yes, i don't cut some scenes because i also think Lifline use a Wallhack, you can see exactly how the gun sight jumps suddenly and perfectly onto the target at 0:13 & 2:06 & 2:15!
Maybe it's a new kind of Aimbot... be also aware that the developers are working on making it appear as inconspicuous as possible ... moments without assistance are also part of it.
Ok there we have our point, you don't have experience with PC Gameplay, our discuss ends here, why you even talk in?
All we fighting for is:
A possibility to Turn off Crossplay, to have a "aim assist free" Match again, also in hope Server will work better without that big & partially old PS4 Community. - 5 years ago
@Tom0ve I don't feel like re-reading the thread but I've always been against crossplay. I also try not to intervene in threads that are discussing the PC experience only. The second anyone mentions Consoles being able to do things they can't or brings up the advantages of a controller while ignoring he advantages of M/KB I speak up.
I'm also against controllers being on PC or M/KB being allowed on consoles (in competitive games) but that isn't an issue I'll fight over.
