Please change the topic to "Please punish any random teammate who doenst think the way I think and play like I play the game", because thats really what you are saying here =)

I know that you sometimes get teamed with people who just dont give a crap about anything but honestly, many of these situation you describe come from different ideas how to play the game in combination with bad understanding/teamwork since you are strangers...

The only REAL solution to your problem is to play ranked with premades. PERIOD.

But I agree that its a bad design to match, for instance a Platinum4 at 0 RP, with a Platinum 1, 20 RP to Diamond. The incentives to actually playing seriously are totally different etc etc
