Popular twitch streamer being toxic in ranked

I just watched a popular twitch streamer afk start eating during a ranked match and then immediately be a douche bag by saying "you're welcome" to his teammate when he has not done anything. How is this even allowed?

Immediately, after he is finished eating, his teammates say welcome back when he afks and he says "You're Welcome". That is so toxic. He even says that his teammates will be banned when he's the one that caused all of it by being  toxic in the beginning. His teammates was nice to him when he came back. The link is below.
