Prestige skin, any way to set only one tier as favorite?

With the Caustic prestige skin, I was hoping to set the Tier 2 as a favorite so that the "Random Favorite" selection would pick between only the Tier 2 prestige and my other favorite skins. Any way to set only one tier of the prestige skin as a favorite?
