Punish Rage Quitters and Encourage Waiting for Respawn

I would like to add that sometimes people leaves the game by accident, but is true that there is some people that does not care at all and they ragequit... they should get some sort of penalty.

I published a post for a feature that will decrease the people leaving games by accident, take a look and leave an opinion to make it hapen hopefully.
