[Quality of Life] - Pls deal with quick disconnecting players

I have been against adding leaver penalty for pubs since day 1 due to the very simple fact that having it would tilt you out of your chair. Would you be totally fine to sit and wait for maybe 3 minutes and then another 3 minutes because one of your teammates ran away during the fight with no intentions of coming back? Would you be fine to wait patiently if you knock 2 enemies totally solo but get knocked to the third and last enemy as you take him to 20 hp, just to sit there and watch him be allowed to do an execute and when you get to your random teammates in the spectator mode, you see that during all this time, they chose to execute the enemies that you killed to get the loot instead of lifitng a finger to help in the fight??  No way man. This would lead to an even worse gaming experience than allowing leaving

BUT, I have actually changed my mind a little. I think it would be a good idea to add a very short timer of like 30 seconds in total before you can leave without a 10 min timeout. 30 seconds which also counts if they pick up your banner, so if they pick your banner up after 10 seconds after you get executed, you would need to wait 20 more seconds etc etc.. This will prevent people who quits right away when they get knocked and also those who even leaves before they die because they think they will lose the fight. This behavior is ridiculous.  30 second will also give you time to cool your head a bit after you lost the fight and if your team wins the fight right after, then perhaps you are calm enough to actually wanna stay by your own free will and not by someone forcing you.
