Quality of Life Changes - community requests

I would like to see a reduction or removal of the bright particle effects that occur when shooting through Rampart's Amped cover. The bright particle effects makes it too difficult to see the target you are shooting at with Sheila, and I have actually found more success with Sheila sometimes when not using any amped cover. I believe Rampart would become a lot more viable with this quality of life change and we would not even have to change anything else of of her stats. For balance though,  I would only remove/reduce the particle effect for the user or team shooting through amped cover, because it is important that other teams can see the particle effects and identify amped cover shots.
