Quality of Life Changes - community requests

More crosshair customizations, not just color, add a static one, ability to remove crosshairs etc, 9 seasons in and the crosshairs are still the same, with people using other means to fix them. Make sprint fully manual, ONLY sprint as long as i hold shift. Some legends are awkward as hell to play, just because their keybinds are ergonomically not efficient. Take fuse for example, his tactical is on E, but if you press and hold it with one finger, index finger for example,  you can't strafe right, if you use middle finger, you can't go forward and so on. Make keybinds legend based (how overwatch has them i think, Dota can have hero specific binds, probably many other games, i don't see why this one is an exception, especially if you want to have a competitive aspect. 

These to only name a few. If you'd focus more on these changes for future patches, a lot of people will be thanking you, many will see it as an incentive to come back. Oh, and make indoors surfaces less reflective, or fix the particle clutter from gunfire, from shots hitting a surface generating smoke/dust, hiding the person you were shooting at. You shoot with an automatic gun at someone and they shoot back at you also with an automatic gun makes you (and probably them) unable to see where you're shooting at.
