Two things

1) Accounts should be accessible cross platform since the game is cross platform. I began Apex on Playstation, and I want to play on PC, but I can't link my account and carry over any of my progress or unlocks. Fortnite and CoD Coldwar can do it, I think it's too good of a measure to not implement.

2) In-game team voice chat should have a volume slider. Even with the rest of my audio settings turned down to 30% or lower, I still find it hard to hear what my team is saying.

Absolutely, I want to transfer my progress and unlocks and paid items over to my new PC Apex Legends account. I just want to play the game with my stuff on my new PC. Since I could not afford a PC before, I played on PlayStation and have done a lot. Now that I have a new PC that I saved up for to play the game with high FPS and high quality and with my friends I cannot use my cool stuff.

EA and Respawn have the ability to do so.
