Hi! I've been playing since original launch also and patiently wait for the typing chat to be redesigned. I guess for some

programming reason each screen has it's own chat sandbox and it would be sooo refreshing to have it unified and overlaying

ANY screen we happen to be on. It's maddening when you're down and trying to type assistance to teammates and the chat

window closes because your legend was finished. If it just closed that would be annoying but it closes and uses a different chat

window from your death screen so you have to start your sentence from scratch. Then if you're ever back on the "down" screen

you end up seeing your old partial sentence still sitting there. Please fix, it's a daily struggle!

@djhiyahh Seconded. This is super frustrating to folks that do not use a mic. This is coming from a week one Apex player and Titanfall 2 veteran. Titanfall 2 has a similar issue.
