Visual indicator in the menu of arenas that shows if your squad mates have a golden backpack.
BR has this, you can see what backpack your teammates have but ARENAS doesn't, it's always purple.
extra: make it visible for yourself too. Sometimes i forget if i bought one or not, it can be a game changer as lifeline.
don't even need to change the inventory slots or anything, just make it visual.
In my opinion, there should be skins that make it easy to mask - just camouflage
but a hero disguising himself should have weaker armor / less health
