Question - Does This Exist?

Is there somehow a cheat that forces people to be unable to pull out a gun, forces them to use their ability, or survival item? I was fighting someone and pressed 1 to pull out my primary gun, it kept pulling out my secondary gun, and I kept hitting 1, and it then just threw out a survival item. I've has similar instances where my abilites were forced into being used without hitting the button.

Also, why does a level 11 have an heirloom? Quit giving smurph accounts / new accounts heirlooms!
