Question About EA Support Rules

Whenever I go to report a player on Apex to EA Support, either for cheating or for being rude, I get told everytime that "by the TOS they can't tell me if any actions take place" AKA they won't tell ...

It's a privacy issue. We're not supposed to discuss accounts you don't own. If a developer is doing this, please send me a private message with those details so we can look into this.

@EA_Aljo I its a privacy issue, then why are there (what I assume are the actual devs on the Apex Reddit page) Reddit devs saying "Banned" and such?

@PogeNoob I didn't say anyone's name yet. I'm just trying to figure out why one group says "nah" and the other tells you.
