queue time beyond acceptable regarding quality of matches

What platform/server you on? I'm xbox and find games within 20 seconds on pubs and around a minute or less for ranked, same when I play with my PC friends. I do play London Servers however.

As for team mates, as much as I used to love complaining about the ones I'd get, this season has actually been the best for team mates for me personally, especially in ranked they actually work together and communicate.
