R99 is already at a pretty good position no need to need or buff it and moreover if it becomes a care package weapon with just 4 clips and 20 rounds each noone will exchange their already set loadout for such a downgrading trade r99 is better where it is maybe nerf it after certain range reduce mag size but what you suggest will really be no good
