For this moment, she is absolutely useless and no one plays for her seriously.
Sheila is a headshot chair, cover is slow and destroyed with one clip and the passive doesn't work until you find the machine gun.

Ideally she is the engineer who created the Valykria suit! She has to be smart and her sheila has to be an automatic turret like a thornbjorn in an overwatch.

The passive skill also needs to be reworked. Have her see machine guns through walls or have more ammo on all weapons. Why make more ammunition on a weapon where it is already large?

Absolutely illogical skills, as if the character was made for slaughter. Instead of a skilled engineer, it looks like a brainless tank.
